Liz Salmi is a seasoned patient advocate living with a malignant brain tumor. She serves at the intersection of patient-led research, technology, and health advocacy in her role as part of the leadership team at OpenNotes.  Liz partners with clinicians, hospitals, health systems, and patient advocates to navigate the evolving landscape of patient-clinician communication in an era of unprecedented health information transparency.  She is also the co-founder of #BTSM, and blogs at The Liz Army.
