Victoria Riley is the Director of Program and Operations at Here for the Girls (H4TG), a 501(c)(3) non-profit improving the lives of young women affected by breast cancer. Victoria works to set the vision and strategy of the mission-driven services of the organization. In addition, she oversees the internal operations and infrastructure at H4TG. Victoria’s blended background in art and technology drives a creative approach that aligns imagination and agile business processes and systems. She believes in a structured methodology to developing innovative support services and operational systems for maximized efficiency.
